Change by Us launches in NYC today!

Local Projects is pleased to announce Change by Us, a civic engagement platform that lets residents organize projects together, which launched today NYC. Check it out at changeby.us/nyc.

Using both text messaging and the site itself, New Yorkers can submit ideas for a more sustainable city. Based on those ideas, the site connects visitors and invites them into project groups. Project groups connect to existing city resources and community organizations to help them achieve their goals. (more…)
