iOS Developer
Front-End Developer
We are looking for a person with a passion for frontend development, primarily for the web. The minimum requirement for this position is to be able to produce interfaces based on wireframes and comps, but we are really looking for someone who can bring their own visual and interaction ideas to the table and create extraordinarily polished and technically solid designs. Many times there is little precedent for what we are doing, so you should be comfortable exploring new territory on both a design and technical level. You should have both expert-level technical skills, a love for your craft, and an active imagination. This is a great opportunity to build meaningful, thoughtful, and innovative projects for great clients.
Technically, we are looking for someone with exceptionally great frontend web skills. You should be really excited about HTML 5 and web-standards. Expert-level facility with Javascript frameworks (of your choosing or creation) is important. You should be able to create interfaces that flow beautifully and work flawlessly. You will need to work with our backend developers so some familiarity with backend systems will help. We use mostly Python frameworks – web.py and Django – but you will mostly need to just be comfortable working with templates. Extra points if you are skilled with AS3, Processing, or openFrameworks.
