If what drives you are artful creations, fulfilling and innovative solutions in environments with cultural impact, we want to talk to you (insert Uncle Sam image of your choice). You should minimally have a solid programming background, a love for Posix, be programming language agnostic, and be a perfectionist for the user experience.
